401(k) Plan
Offered through Merrill Lynch and managed by ADP, the Engage PR 401(k) plan enables employees to save for their retirement.
Vacation and Sick
Full-time employees receive 10 days of paid vacation and 10 sick days per year. Vacation accrual increases to 15 days after three years of employment and 20 days after five years.
Health, Dental, Vision, Long- and Short-Term Disability Insurance
Engage PR covers 100 percent of the employee cost of a comprehensive Blue Shield PPO HSA plan, the full employee cost of dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and long-and short-term disability benefits to all eligible employees.
