The management team at Engage PR fosters a supportive working environment that encourages each employee to grow and succeed individually and as part of a team. Teams meet weekly to brainstorm on pitches, technology, and other creative approaches to PR challenges. The team structure enables employees to benefit from the experience of others while also allowing each employee to contribute her or his individual talents not only to client teams but also to Engage PR as a whole.
